1. What types of beauty products do you sell?
At MAKKOUTA, we offer a wide range of beauty products and accessories. From innovative LED storage boxes to soothing eye capsules and a comprehensive makeup kit, we have stylish and functional solutions to enhance your beauty routine.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes between 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. Can I return all types of products?
No, the return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that cannot be returned include gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products.
5. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
6. Can I get a refund?
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted. This includes books showing signs of obvious use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also eligible for a partial refund. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within a few days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. What if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as there may be a processing time before the refund is officially posted. 8. Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: Clemenceau Ratp, 114 Av. des Champs-Élysées, Paris, Paris, 75008, France.
9. Can I return a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
10. What are the shipping costs for returns?
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over 75€, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
